Guiyou was responsive and helpful during the sourcing process. He provided product quotations in a timely manner, and communication was generally good. I would have appreciated a clearer explanation of the pricing structure upfront. In my case, purchasing the sourced products required going through a trading company, which added an 8% fee plus $11 for every $1,000 spent. More transparency about these additional costs from the beginning would have been helpful.
