Projects performed using my own workflow are quoted as fixed-price projects. I do not provide my own workflow on an hourly basis, as my hourly time is not intended to become open-ended training or a way of transferring my professional methodology.
For the same reason, please avoid asking which software or applications I use. My workflow and tools are part of my professional methodology. You define the result and requirements; I determine the appropriate workflow and tools to achieve them.

Technical Work
Technical work is different from regular artistic production and is not automatically calculated using my standard production hourly rate. Technical work may involve planning, calculations, analysis, testing, problem-solving, and specialized technical processes, even when the final execution itself takes only a few minutes.
Source Files
Source files are not automatically included with final deliverables. They contain editable working structures and can provide reusable access to the methodology and technical setup behind the work.
Therefore, source files are treated separately and are subject to a separate fee, starting from three times the total project price, depending on the project and source content. (It is industry standard which can be checked by google as well) Please do not request source files free of charge unless explicitly included in the agreed scope.
Before Hiring
I do not provide unpaid project-specific demos or test work before a contract.
My skills and experience can be evaluated through my Upwork profile, portfolio, and previous client feedback.
All project-related communication and negotiations should remain within Upwork until a contract is established. Moving negotiations or project communication outside Upwork before a contract will violate Upwork's Terms of Service and may result in account restrictions or other action.
A Note About AI
AI does not automatically make professional 3D production cheaper. It adds another tool and potentially another cost to the workflow, while the professional work required to turn the generated asset into a production-ready model still remains.
If an AI-generated model is good enough to use as a starting point, it may save some production time. Otherwise, the workflow is essentially the same as working with a scanned model: the raw asset still needs to be evaluated, cleaned, optimized, and prepared for production.
If you prefer to generate the asset yourself using AI, feel free to provide the result. I can then evaluate its quality and give you an accurate estimate for the time and cost required to make it production-ready.
Please do not assume that the use of AI by itself means the professional production cost should be lower.
