He was very responsive throughout the project, quickly scheduling a call and clearly communicating what he needed from me (like basic dimensions) to move forward efficiently. Arslan translated my requirements into a clean and functional cap design, providing multiple options and then refining to the version I preferred. He delivered detailed CAD files, 3D models, and high-quality renders that I was able to send directly to the manufacturer without any issues. I also appreciated his practical approach, such as leaving internal threading flexible so the manufacturer could finalize it based on their specifications.
