Show buyers or tenants how a space feels: drag the clock and watch the sun move through the windows, cast shadows and warm up at sunset. Switch furniture styles with one tap. It runs in the browser, on any phone.

• A sun path set to your city and to the way your windows face, with real-time shadows.

• A style switcher with complete furniture sets (royalty-free models, or your own catalog).

- Elevator door configurator: real-time door operations, PBR stainless steels, a touch UI sized for a 55" showroom screen, and a finish calibrated from a photo of a physical sample.
- Interactive 3D brochure: chapters with a guided camera, hotspots, video and a quote form that tells sales which parts the prospect actually read.

What makes the difference: I come from digital products and sales technology in insurance, so I build the data and the sales funnel behind the 3D, not just the visuals. Every model is checked against its spec sheet before it ships, every catalog lives in data your team can edit, and everything is delivered as static files you can host anywhere.
I also build AI integrations and production backends: LLM agents with tool calling (Anthropic Claude, Gemini), Node.js / NestJS services, and connections to your CRM or quoting system, so a configurator can feed sales directly.
