FlutterFlow Product Coordinator + UI Builder (Marketplace App)
M overall experience was challenging due to repeated missed deadlines, communication issues, and a significant gap between the agreed scope and the functionality ultimately delivered.
Over the course of the project, multiple release dates were missed (4 launch dates missed), including several revised deadlines that were intended to accommodate delays. Despite reducing the scope to help achieve a launch, key deliverables remained incomplete, including major functionality, the web platform, portions of the admin system, and various workflow features.
The project also experienced ongoing performance and stability issues, and many reported bugs remained unresolved. Communication was often difficult during critical phases of development, particularly around launch preparation and project handover.
The most significant issue was the difficulty obtaining complete project handover materials, including repository access and related assets that were part of the agreed deliverables.
Future clients should ensure that milestones, source code ownership, repository access, acceptance criteria, delivery dates, and handover requirements are clearly documented from the beginning and tied to measurable deliverables.
