The project was delivered in a timely manner and it seems the topic was well researched. This was my first time having a script outsourced so I had nothing to really compare it to in terms of quality. Sunny did a good job on a complex topic (Cryptocurrency Investing for beginners). My only criticism would be that when reading the script, some of the sentences did not flow very well, but nothing a little editing wont correct. Overall Sunny did a really good job and I will definitely be using him again.

Sunny delivered the results that he said he would. In the three weeks we worked together, he did grow my LinkedIn presence, and the outcomes met my expectations. The thing that significantly did not meet my expectations was the experience of working with him, including his communication, lack of attention to detail, and lack of quality control.
He and his team were consistently on different pages. I would get one message from him, another from a team member completely different from the one I received from Sunny. I was promised professionally made images and delivered AI-generated mock-ups which the freelancer said were ready to publish, despite there being numerous typos and glaring errors in the images, none of which met my branding standards.
I did have a few conversations with Sunny about my concerns during contract and he was always open to discussing them. Ultimately, I believe the lack of attention to detail and poor communication occurs within his team, however, it’s his responsibility to quality control their work before presenting it to me for review, which he did not.
Ultimately, I am not able to trust him or his team as a result of their lack of attention to detail, quality control and poor communication between team members.
