I’ve spent 8+ years figuring out what actually moves the needle on Amazon. Along the way, I’ve helped build an Amazon business from $0 to $1.5M+ in revenue, built inventory infrastructure for a seller with 10,000+ SKUs, and worked with 8-figure brands across CRO, PPC, SEO, automation, and Amazon API integrations. My approach to Amazon is pretty simple: I look at it like a bucket. If there are holes in the bottom, there’s no point pouring more water into it.
