The work can include duplicate removal using agreed keys; trimming and normalizing names, dates, emails, phone numbers, and categories; required-field and type checks; merging bounded files; preserving source IDs, formulas, and ordering; and flagging uncertain records instead of guessing.
You receive the cleaned file plus a concise QA report with original and final row counts, duplicates removed, missing or invalid values, transformations applied, and unresolved exceptions. Standard and Advanced packages cover larger files and deeper rule sets as listed.
Before starting, I confirm the schema, rules, row limit, definition of done, deadline, and output format. Use redacted data where possible; I do not need passwords or unnecessary personal information. New research, enrichment, scraping, CRM setup, live-account access, or manual correction beyond the purchased row limit is separate scope.
