Education - I have a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, a minor in Communication and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). While in college, I was a Teaching Assistant for my communications class. I have a certificate in Digital Engagement. I am excellent at identifying missing details, grammar and punctuation errors in text.
Experience - I have 2+ years experience working in the technology industry and writing and editing technical documentation such as proposals, playbooks, design documents, test plans and training documents. I currently volunteer as an editor for an NGO where I proofread the newsletters before they are sent out.
Since graduating college, I have helped other students improve their writing - from graduate school Statements of Purpose to resumes, cover letters, college papers, theses and even PhD research proposals.
