Easy PHOTO MECHANIC copy and paste - must have Photo Mechanic program
I have no doubt he could have done the project skill wise, what was done was exactly what asked for - language skills are fluent - and had no problems with the actual work at hand. However, ended the contract because instead of using the time tracker did the hours manually - which had turned off on purpose due to bad experiences in the past. Issue was it took 8 hours to do a 2 hour project (there were 6 total), I had hoped not to go over 12 hours total - at that pace it would have been over 40 hours. My hope is this was just an inefficient method error, not padding hours, because skill wise there was no issues. I will be a lot more clear myself that time tracker is required, though thought turning it off meant it was obvious.
