A live AI voice receptionist that answers calls, collects caller details, checks real calendar availability and books the appointment with no human involved built on VAPI with Telnyx SIP routing, Cal, and n8n handling call summary, CRM update, SMS confirmation and email follow-up after the call ends.
For C&M Partners LLC, a production lead-intake pipeline that reads emailed field submissions, runs AI vision analysis on image and PDF attachments, applies SHA-256 duplicate detection at both email and image level and routes hot leads for immediate escalation replacing manual email reading and data entry with an auditable system the client runs day to day.
For the same client, a Lead Operations Dashboard on Supabase giving leadership live visibility over submissions, approvals, rejections, duplicates, worker performance and payouts, with role-based access and a website AI chatbot handling visitor questions and lead qualification.
An inventory-aware dealership assistant that classifies intent, extracts structured entities, retrieves live inventory, answers finance questions, qualifies leads and books test drives, backed by a Postgres schema for inventory, conversation memory and logging.
