You can choose a team of 10 members for Cold Calling, or Customer Care. To work on your projects; Customer Care agents will work on inbound calls ( total can't be specified ) on an 8hr shift. Cold Callers will work on making calls based on selected service tier(Basic, Moderate..).
Emails are sent based on, Client request, and or campaign type.
Follow ups of any kind is only in our ADVANCED SERVICE TIER.
The Advanced Service Tier is a more robust selection. Best for heavy inbound calls, higher outbound calling rate, or campaigns which require agents to multitask.
• All agent are entitled to 1hr lunch and two 15mins breaks in any 8hr shift.
* Teams are supervised
* Calls are recorded
*Full time / Part time availability.
*Sales background
