Content Management & Social Media: Schedule and publish social media content across multiple platforms using SocialPilot and other scheduling tools. Ensure all posts align with content calendars.
Graphic Editing: Perform basic graphic resizing and formatting tasks using Canva to prepare content for social media posts, event promotions, and announcements.
General Administrative Support: Download and organize files from cloud storage platforms, maintain updated account credentials, and process manual invoices as needed.
Research & Engagement: Conduct content research to support social media accounts and assist with LinkedIn engagement and connection growth.
