Amazon listings change without telling you. A contributing seller edits a title on a shared ASIN. A bullet disappears. An image gets swapped. The category shifts and your ranking goes with it. Nothing lands in your inbox, and by the time sales drop you cannot say what changed or when.
This project rebuilds that record from public data. I take a full snapshot of every live listing you own, compare it field by field against archived versions of the same pages, and hand you a dated log of what moved.
You get the field, the old value, the new value, the earliest date the change can be evidenced, and the likely source: your own team, another seller on a shared listing, or Amazon. That split matters, because it decides whether the fix is an internal process change, a case to open with Seller Support, or a compliance edit. The report closes with a ranked restore list and the exact text to restore each listing to.
None of this needs access to your account. No user invite, no password, no browser tool pointed at Seller Central, so you stay clear of Amazon's Agent Policy in force since 4 March 2026.

WHAT I DO
Fee-structure audit (2026 rules). Amazon changed its FBA fee structure on January 15, 2026. Three fees moved: the low-inventory-level fee, the inbound defect fee, and the returns processing fee thresholds by category. Most tools under $100 a month do not model them. I go through your reports line by line and show you, in dollars, what those changes are costing you and what to fix first.
Title and listing compliance (75-character rule). Since July 27, 2026 Amazon caps product titles at 75 characters in nearly every category and marketplace, and rewrites non-compliant titles itself. I audit your catalog against the rule, rewrite the titles that break it, and move the keywords you lose into Item Highlights so you keep the indexing.
Catalog change forensics. What changed on your listing, when it changed, and what it cost you in sessions and conversion.
Inbound placement review. If you ship through a 3PL, your placement and shipment split are probably costing more than they need to. I have run that operation myself out of Miami, so this is not theory.

I record every public field on every live listing you own: title, bullets, images, category, brand, price and buy box status. This becomes the reference point that every later comparison is measured against.
Diff it against the archived record
I compare the snapshot field by field against publicly archived versions of the same pages, so changes you were never notified about surface with the earliest date they can be evidenced.
