Currently, I'm a Product Owner at Lufthansa Industry Solutions working on a Digital Platform. Before that, I spent 3 years as a certified SAFe® Agile Coach & RTE, facilitating PI Plannings and ART events for groups of 60–100 participants across 10+ teams at enterprise scale.
Most Agile consultants specialize in one role. I've held all three simultaneously — coaching SMs, aligning POs, and running the ART — and I've done it in complex, high-stakes environments (telecoms, aviation, platform engineering). I don't teach frameworks from slides. I've lived them at scale.
