Part-Time Data Entry Assistant for QuickBooks
I appreciate her willingness to learn and her positive attitude toward understanding our processes. She was punctual and maintained good communication, especially when relaying information as requested.
However, attention to detail was a key requirement for this role, and despite providing step-by-step training manuals and reviewing expectations multiple times, important elements were still consistently missed in invoices and estimates. Additionally, this position requires someone who can quickly adapt to new platforms and manage multiple tasks efficiently, which remained a challenge.
Overall, while she showed reliability in attendance and communication, the role would be better suited for someone with stronger technical adaptability and a higher level of detail orientation.
