Are you a brilliant Indian cook who can develop great recipes for a very restricted diet? I asked George to come up with recipes under difficult constraints using only a few ingredients and what George provided was absolutely marvellous and tastes delicious.

George also taught me a lot about cooking in general in the process and massively widened my repertoire.

George is clearly a professional chef will all the training and expertise that is required to work in a high-end restaurant and I very much enjoyed working with him as an amateur cook and learning from George.
