Project details

Your file runs through my scripted, automated cleanup pipeline — deterministic, auditable, and repeatable.

Every tier includes a cleaned file, cell-level CHANGE_LOG.csv, and QA_REPORT.md. I normalize whitespace and line endings, apply approved blank and boolean rules, protect named identifier columns, and optionally remove exact duplicate rows. The source stays unchanged; existing XLSX formulas stay formulas; formula-like text is escaped.

All limits apply together: one file; 25,000,000 bytes; 10 sheets; 100 columns per sheet; 1,500,000 conservative data cells; and the tier's total-row cap.

Ambiguous work needs clarification. Excluded: enrichment, research, scraping, outreach, CRM or live Sheets, PDFs, macros, encryption, merged cells, pivots, charts, dashboards, protected sheets, external links, structured Excel tables, comments/notes, embedded objects, and regulated/highly sensitive data. Files that trigger unsafe archive expansion or fail workbook relationship/XML safety checks are outside this fixed-price service and quarantined before work.

AI may assist with intake/drafting; transformations are rule-based and every delivery receives deterministic QA and an audit trail.

About Jason

Jason R.Status: Offline
AI Automation, Data & Business Systems | n8n, CRM & APIs

Disconnected tools, manual follow-up, messy data, and brittle automations slow down otherwise healthy businesses. I build, repair, and operate automation and data systems that move leads, information, and work reliably—from the first entry through the final handoff.

I can help with:

• n8n, Make, and Zapier workflow design, repair, and hardening
• CRM setup, lead routing, deduplication, enrichment, and follow-up automation
• Speed-to-lead systems, intake forms, notifications, and sales pipelines
• REST API integrations, webhooks, data synchronization, and error handling
• AI agents, document processing, retrieval workflows, classification, and extraction
• Website chatbots, lead-capture assistants, and AI receptionist or voice-intake workflows
• Public-data collection, targeted lead enrichment, spreadsheet cleanup, and QA
• Internal dashboards, lightweight tools, and Next.js lead-capture websites
• Automation audits, rescue work, monitoring, documentation, and clean handoff
• Accurate data entry, web research, PDF/image-to-spreadsheet conversion, CRM cleanup, spreadsheet formatting, transcription, classification, and document formatting

My process is straightforward: understand the workflow, identify failure points, define a bounded scope, build and test the system, then document it so you own and understand what was delivered. I work inside your accounts where appropriate, keep access and data ownership with you, and surface limitations instead of hiding them.

Relevant hands-on work includes building the LeadRescue speed-to-lead system, producing and validating a 1,974-record targeted lead pipeline, monitoring more than 6,700 multi-agent jobs, shipping production Next.js workflows, and designing spreadsheet QA and automation processes. These are operator-owned systems and build artifacts—not invented client results.

If you have a manual process to automate, a broken workflow to rescue, several tools that need to work as one system, or a well-defined data task that simply needs accurate execution, send the source material and the outcome you need. I’ll help define the smallest reliable delivery that solves it.

Steps for completing your project

After purchasing the project, send requirements so Jason can start the project.

Delivery time starts when Jason receives requirements from you.

Jason works on your project following the steps below.

Revisions may occur after the delivery date.

Inspect and preserve the source file

I hash the source and verify format, tier row cap, bytes, sheets, columns, conservative cells, structure, formulas, and approved rules before work.

Clean the spreadsheet deterministically

I normalize whitespace and line endings, apply the approved blank and boolean rules, and remove only exact duplicate rows when requested.

Review the work, release payment, and leave feedback to Jason.
