I'm a Business Analyst working with Tic Tec Consults, an Odoo Partner, where I've supported multiple ERP implementations for retail and operations-heavy businesses, from requirements gathering through configuration, data migration, and user adoption. My background isn't purely technical; before Odoo, I spent two years building operational systems and reporting tools for retail and clean-energy businesses, which means I show up understanding your workflows, not just your database.
