We need a Personal/Virtual Assistant to organize everything for a Real Estate Investor/US
100 % L O Y A L T Y !!! Cendy completely ran my company like it was her own. I will forever be grateful. She hired and fired many great talented team members over the last few years. What is unique is that when she would reach out to the other members (many times on her personal phone) and assist them in anyway that she could. She would also let them know that they were not pulling their share of the company load. Never on the company dime. Cendy followed task request without hesitation. Rendered recommendation only when asked to ensure that a client never felt second guessed. This is important to understand the character of someone who you give the company credit card to and total autonomy with respect to high level Virtual Assistants decision making authority. Last year one of our larger clients backed out on a half million dollar project after it already started. Now unbeknownst to me, Cendy, upon seeing the impact on the company, took it upon herself to work full time but, only charge the company for half the hours. When confronted she stated that "Our company cannot support our large payroll at this time. I have sternly advised her to never do this again with any company.
When she put in her notice, she took 3 months to prepare a strong team for our company and waited until she saw that the company was ready before leaving.
My remarks are apropos to her strong character and loyalty.
Cendy is among the best. Pay her double what the position calls for and you will not be disappointed. What she brings to an organization cannot be evaluated by money.
We would love to work with her anytime. We full recommend her for all.
