• AD / Tier-0: Led an enterprise Active Directory security remediation programme across 15 workstreams, prioritising Tier-0 exposure, attack paths and control weaknesses to reduce identity-driven attack surface.
• Non-Human Identity (NHI): Brought 50,000+ service accounts under governance, achieving an 85% reduction in unmanaged accounts and onboarding 1,000+ applications into controlled identity lifecycle processes.
• Executive Governance / Audit: Led a £2.8M identity transformation programme spanning SailPoint, CyberArk and Entra ID, delivering zero critical audit findings, key milestones ahead of schedule and within budget.
I operate where identity risk, cyber transformation, and executive delivery meet — translating complex technical exposure into prioritised programmes, measurable risk reduction, and decisions that CISOs and boards can act on.
The Cyber Security and Resilience Bill will bring managed service providers, data centres and designated critical suppliers into scope, with obligations to be set out in secondary legislation through 2027.
