Virtual Assistant of The Jaguar's Jungle Lodge - Month #1 It seems like Claudia was overwhelmed by a small checklist of secretarial tasks that involved reading tour calendars, sending emails and making excel sheets. It seemed like she was really trying to learn how to do the tasks, but a freelance virtual assistant should be very proficient and conformable with these kinds of tasks. We gave 4 hours of training and written instruction for all tasks and welcomed questions, but it just didn't work out.
