I evaluate the freelancers the freelancer evaluates me. I am glad I have that in place. this freelancer paid no attention to the work that was due last week. No Communication, No follow-up, Nothing
I am too busy to micro-manage, if you say you can do a job, I train you how I want it, you communicate that you're good to go then I expect the work. I literally just did the work myself and this is what I was trying to avoid. I really had big hopes. I will keep trying.
