This is a project is centered around Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy and Behavioral therapy for Physicians that are doing the practice on their own or are part of a group that is setting up to submit professional claims or even have been billing for sometime and wants to understand if the billing is done right and wants an audit to happen with a trustworthy freelancer who has been in the medical billing field for five years and is very ethical and always there to give the utmost customer experience while being fully employed by a Medical billing in Calabasas, California though I'm providing services as a freelancer as a new side quest.
I believe my project is more focused on practices where my expertise lies in and I five years in experience in a wide range of governmental insurance billing like Tricare west. Medicaid Colorado and I'm an expert in mostly Pediatric therapy practices and Mental health providers in a wide pool of states.
I want to state that I'm a muti tasker and I'm utilizing three computer screens just so i can do the project at hand with the most accuracy and without any technological hinderances which i pride in!

I would like to state that I'm currently only a frelancer and have been previously employed by a Medical Billing company in California, Calabasas and this posting is for services as a freelancer in an intrest to join long-term and I’m still able to provide an excellent service all the while because I’m technologically equipped and I’m an avid muti-tasker with three desktop screens.

My Skills and Hands-on experience span about 5 years in Billing Insurance in Group and Individual practices of Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Behavioral Health services and setting up practices for billing from the practice management setup to correct charge entry based on the payer requirement and setting up clients accounts with their demographic information after checking the eligibility with the correct payer and the payer information and finding the standard procedure for claim submission stipulated by the insurance provider.
Here is my experience list in Practice Management software and EHR programs where the billing is done with the applicable payer and the state and other auditing services I can provide for you if you don't have your system. EHR, clearing house listed don't worry as I will thoroughly research the software and be able to be your virtual assistant in medical billing.

✅ Accounts Receivable and Collections:
- Working on accounts receivables by using an Excel sheet to track claims that are being worked on
-Working on unpaid claims as and when they are denied and checking the old AR denials
✅ Verification of Benefits and Eligibility:
- Thoroughly check if the patient can be seen by the practice and if the rendering therapist can see the patient based on the CPT code.
- I'm well versed in creating an eligibility checking portal and receiving the utmost use of them to decide on eligibility.
✅ Payment Posting
- Post payments effectively and allow the practice to be set up for Electronic remittance advice where posted payments will be auto-posted in the future.
✅ Credentialing and enrolment
- Having an Excel sheet organized to take down the credentialing status of each provider for the Group and individually check for credentialing status and credential rendering providers and groups where applicable to get credentialed.
✅ Denial Management
- I will check for denials and converse the denial reasons with insurance first then check and correspond for any information I may need from you to furnish the denial or else correct them and fix the denial while having a proper track record of the fixes I've done.
