The LMS Administrator role is an experienced-level position responsible for configuring, maintaining and overseeing that your customers/users/students/tutors have an easy time on the LMS application and environment.
I will:
* Act as the first line of support for queries from online students, and escalate as required
* Respond to online discussions or posts, as well as moderate discussion boards or forums.
* Handle enrollment of new students, tutors and viewers on their appropriate modules.
* Assisting with login and password issues
* Set up groups for discussions, add and update resources to e-learning modules
* Communication with students as directed by you
