It was wonderful working with Anais initially. Her communications were very professional. She was very supportive of the project and showed great initiative. It was then really disappointing when she stopped replying to my messages and abruptly ended the contract. She felt there was nothing else she could support us with, which is fair. However, I do wish it had ended on better terms.
