Pros:
The freelancer demonstrated good communication in the initial stages and was responsive to feedback.
Familiarity with some tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo was evident, but the execution fell short of expectations.
Cons:
Failure to Meet Expectations:
Despite a clear job description outlining responsibilities, the freelancer delivered generic leads and did not align their work with the project’s focus on BOT, franchise, and land-leasing opportunities.
Limited Use of Professional Tools:
The freelancer relied heavily on platforms like Facebook instead of prioritizing tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, and professional real estate platforms, which were key to the project's success.
