UUnfortunately, they never texted back again after I had some errors on the agenda and lost a lot of money because I needed to pay a cancellation fee to every booking that was not synced. But very kind people, sad that they never texted back again after I talked about these issues.

Muneeba has been working with me for approximately 4-5 months, and unfortunately, this period has been marked by significant challenges that have adversely affected my business. The most pressing issue has been poor communication, with Muneeba often delaying or failing to provide critical task-related updates. This was evident on several occasions, including specific instances on April 10 and 27, 2024, where her inability to communicate effectively with the team was noted.
Her execution of technical tasks was also problematic, leading to operational disruptions and financial repercussions. A notable example occurred on April 23, 2024, when a mishandled cancellation request resulted in a loss of $400 due to delayed responses.
Muneeba's professional conduct has also been lacking; she has been defensive rather than receptive to feedback aimed at improving her performance. This issue was particularly acute during emergency situations where rapid and precise communication was crucial, yet lacking, as highlighted during a building emergency on January 15, 2024.
Despite the relatively short duration of her employment and numerous efforts to guide and improve her performance, Muneeba has not demonstrated the necessary improvement or reliability. This has led to the decision to terminate our professional relationship, as the continuous issues have necessitated a reassessment of her fit for our operational needs.
