Need Photos
I will be requiring good wide angle photos of the house i.e. all four sides of exterior, street sign, mailbox/house number, HVAC condition, electrical condition, plumbing condition, all interior photos including basement and attic, rooftop photos.
Analysis
After getting all photos, I will analyze the photos to look for damages (both ICC & cosmetic) and create a PCR. After that I will write bid verbiage along with market standard price so that bids will be approved. (Repairbase account from client)
