Samson exceeded my expectations as a beta tester. He didn't just click through the application, he approached it like someone genuinely trying to evaluate the product.

He clearly explained what worked well, identified areas that could be improved, and even attempted to find ways to break the scoring system. His observations were detailed, honest, and well organized.
What impressed me most was that his feedback aligned with issues I had already identified through internal calibration, giving me greater confidence that the improvements I'm making are based on real user experience rather than assumptions.
