I have provided two examples:

- Example 1: currently in use and contains info about projects applied and % of responses back. The file has a formula which automatically includes in the table and the pie chart the newly added rows.


- Example 2: used in application process (invoice overview) - The file is split into calendar weeks so that it would be easier to follow the invoices. Working with just one sheet to which the invoices would be just added and would become just bigger and bigger would be more difficult to handle and more time-consuming.

I have also added columns for:

- Payment conditions (due date, discount)
- Additional comments (which are sometimes needed to additionally explain the invoice)
- Status paid or still due (if paid, when and with which instrument - check number or bank transfer) Excel gives the possibility to highlight the cell in a color if the phrase `Not paid`is written. In this way we highlight the not paid invoices.
