Iām a graphic designer, virtual assistant and customer support specialist. It may sound like an unusual mix, but these roles have one thing in common: helping businesses communicate better, with their customers, through their visuals and in their everyday work.
I have over six years of experience working with international companies, mainly in customer support and virtual assistance. Along the way, I decided to develop my creative side and completed professional training in graphic design.
I had the opportunity to work with international companies, supporting their customers and helping with their daily operations. Iām comfortable managing customer conversations by email, chat and phone, including complaints, refunds, orders, account issues and follow-ups. I can also take care of inboxes, CRM updates, research, documents, content, coordination and French-English translation or proofreading.
Alongside this experience, I completed professional training in graphic design. I create visual identities, social media content, presentations, infographics, flyers, brochures, banners and templates. I can follow an existing visual identity or help develop a new creative direction.
What I enjoy about my work is being able to move naturally between creative and practical tasks. One day I might be designing a presentation, and the next I might be helping customers or organizing a project behind the scenes. I like variety, learning new things and becoming someone my clients can genuinely rely on.
