Princess produces high-quality work and has strong attention to detail. During our time working together, the standard of output was consistently good.
However, reliability and communication around scheduled hours became an issue toward the end of the contract. A missed shift without prior notice impacted operations, which is critical in time-sensitive roles.
I would recommend her for task-based or flexible work, but for roles requiring strict availability and real-time coverage, clearer communication and consistency would be essential.
