Send me your existing mailing list, and I will return an organized Excel spreadsheet, ready to maintain and update; easily sort / filter with a few clicks; instructions included for easy import to Word Mail Merge for labels and sorting for bulk mail.

Your list will have the following columns (as applicable), for easy maintenance and filtering:
First Name . Last Name . Company . Address . City . State . Postal Code . Country . Email . Phone

Up to 5 fields can be added, like Job Title, Membership #, Member Expiration, Cell #, etc., depending on your list.

You'll have easy filtering / sorting with a few clicks. Up to 4 sorting options included:
Last Name, Postal Code, Bulk Mail (USPS) sort, Membership #, etc.

Filtering will be available by Location (Local Only, In-State Only). Other filtering methods may be available by request.

I will set up and send you a template showing the columns and sorting options for your list, and will ask any questions I need answered in order to organize your list. You review the template and reply with answers, feedback and any requests.

Organized List

Once you have approved your template, I will organize your list and set up the sorting and filtering options. I'll send you the completed list and instructions for using, updating and maintaining, and importing into Word Mail Merge.

Review the work, release payment, and leave feedback to Candace.
