Project details
This project can best be appreciated in being able to reuse the same script to summarize batches of files that are formatted similarly, that come periodically. The lower tiers are also designed to be of help when processing rows of data that run into the thousands. Whichever tier you may prefer, I will help you get your desired outcome as much as possible.
In the sample, population data for some southeast Asian countries are stored in individual Sheets files within the same Drive folder. The script pulls data from each file. The URLs of each file are written in a sheet within the final file, as well as the data on each file, and then summarized. Charts can then be done within the summarized data for visualization purposes.
