I help growing e-commerce brands manage their customer support while keeping the operations behind it running smoothly.
Where I work best is as the link between different parts of the business. As brands grow, things can start to feel a little scattered between customer support, fulfillment, suppliers, and internal teams. I enjoy stepping into that space and helping bring structure, communication, and stability so everything runs more smoothly.
I’m comfortable handling the day-to-day side of customer support, including inquiries, returns, refunds, chargebacks, and the other issues that naturally come up. I also enjoy digging into problems behind the scenes. Whether that means reaching out to warehouses, manufacturers, or suppliers to understand the root cause of an issue, I’m happy to track things down and get them resolved properly.
Alongside frontline support work, I’ve also built a Zendesk CRM system from the ground up, creating workflows, triggers, macros and automations that help support teams manage large volumes of customer requests efficiently. I’ve also managed and supported remote customer service teams of 10+ people.
