My name is Clare, basically I do everything under the sun that can be done over the internet and with the computer, from lead generation, admin tasks, and transaction management, these things include social media management, email management, listing management, and a lot more! I am used to working on a lot of platforms, different kinds of MLS, CRMs, dialers, and campaign tools posted on Craigslist and different marketing platforms and the likes. I just recently got my certification from the real estate board as a certified transaction coordinator. I am also well versed in doing transaction coordination in the states of FL, TX, CA, AZ, NJ, MD, NC, DC, and VA and also in Canada.
