Need Airbnb expert to optimize listings
I had a great experience working with Gen on optimizing my Airbnb listing. This was a quick project focused on improving the performance of one property that wasn’t doing very well, and she delivered exactly what I needed.

Bilingual Virtual Assistant for Airbnb Property Management
We hired Genesis for a multi-month role supporting key operations in a short-term rental business. She has quite a bit of knowledge of the industry tools, which was valuable. She was flexible with her schedule, which was very helpful in a fast-moving business. And, she was proactive in many tasks, which was appreciated. However, her approach to tasks didn't always align with the company's needs. She also had a tendency to rush through tasks, resulting in errors. On most occasions, Genesis seemed open to constructive feedback, but not always. Most importantly, there was just a general challenge with communication. It's my belief that most of our concerns with Genesis can largely be attributed to her lack of experience. She is young and lacks the professionalism we require as a luxury STR firm. I do think that with time, she will gain the necessary experience and communication skills to excel in any role she takes on, as she is a hard worker. She just isn't a good fit for our company at this time.
