You have a workbook that is shared with many users and have many worksheet cell ranges requiring their input, however you need the data provided to be valid and within the required limits and rules. In this case your worksheets are in need of Data Validation RULES.
With this service, we can add one or all of the following validation rules to your worksheets:
*Static or dynamic dropdown lists
*Date only (greater than, smaller than or between)
*Time only (greater than, smaller than or between)
*Whole numbers or Decimals (greater than, smaller than or between)
*Length of characters in a cell.
