An offering within our Landlord Start-Up Services, the Application & Screening service allows you to take the guesswork out of determining the likelihood of whether a prospective tenant will be right for your property. The prospective tenant will be walked through a comprehensive three-part evaluation process (Pre-Screener >> Application >> Screening Report), which also include a bonus Income Analysis feature.

Additionally, at each step of the process the provided applicant information will be reviewed and you will be provided with an "approve/denial" recommendation as to whether you should advance them to the next phase.

We will also discuss any specific or additional criteria you would like to consider (i.e., specific credit score range, occupancy limits, etc.) to ensure the process remains in compliance with the Fair Housing Act (FHA).
