This can help people with ADHD or symptoms thereof to stay on track and maintain focus on their work. I have clients and family with ADHD, so I know a lot about how to support them (but please note that I'm not a health professional or qualified coach).
During the sessions, you're welcome to chat with me and ask me questions if it helps you. With my experience as a virtual assistant and facilitator of virtual meetings (including virtual coworking sessions), you can take advantage of my organisational skills to help you best get the work done.
