Virtual Assistant for Marketing Agency CEO Erica was exactly what I needed at the time we hired her. I have 10 direct reports and a business to manage, which means I tend to be distracted and often overwhelmed. Our regular touchbases to review my tasks and block out my calendar were extremely helpful. She helped me with many other EA-type tasks such as booking trips, buying gifts, paying bills, and sourcing.

The only areas we had some challenges with were research-related (less critical). Some tasks I provided her were delegated to her own VA, which I totally understand and was aware of prior to hiring her. However the results I got back were mixed / showed a clear lack of understanding on the part of her assistant, and resulted in more time / work having to be done on my part.

Aside from that she was great. I would highly recommend her to people in a senior leadership role or business owners with small teams.
