I will build and deploy a custom AI-powered assistant and ticketing/workflow system for your business process. It can be used for IT support, customer support, internal requests, operations reporting, service requests, approvals, issue tracking, field reports, helpdesk workflows, or other structured business processes.
The system can verify users, collect information through guided chat, provide automated responses or instructions, classify requests, assign categories/severity/status, and create structured records or tickets for your team. It can be customized for your company workflow, branding, departments, roles, forms, escalation process, notifications, and reporting needs.
Depending on the agreed scope, it can integrate with Google Sheets/Workspace, cloud databases, APIs, existing systems, email notifications, dashboards, and cloud hosting such as GCP or AWS. Cloud accounts, domains, Workspace access, third-party subscriptions, API credentials, and system documentation must be provided by the client.
