Refinement of Links Analysis Program
Mandeep is very talented. We have been discussing projects, and I was able to hire him for a project that involved converting Python code to JavaScript and creating a script to run and collect data for display automatically. Every time, it's "yes we can do that," I understand," "we'll get it done." Then the quote shot from 8 hrs to this isn't possible to it's possible for 30+ hours. I wrote the programs I didn't have time to troubleshoot. No way it should take 30 hrs. After I said "no" he was able to complete an initial run for 8 hrs (I checked the timesheet, it was 10 hrs 20 min). While a section of the job was completed, some things were not, and they wanted 10+ hrs to fix. Again, I wrote the original code, no way it's going to take 10 hours for simple fixes, but he was backing into a number and finding every chance to do it. I'm not sure if this is Mandeep or Esferasoft Solutions Pvt Ltd. I won't be hiring either one of them again.
