About Artem
Supply Chain Expert | Inventory Management | Procurement|
Kyiv, Ukraine - 12:13 am local time
I help Amazon FBA, eCommerce, and consumer product companies build predictable Supply Chain Management systems that reduce costs, improve visibility, and give business leaders the confidence to scale through better Procurement, Inventory Management, China Sourcing, and Logistics.
I've led Supply Chain operations for a $35M Amazon FBA business, rebuilt an end-to-end Supply Chain function for a growing European eCommerce company, and founded SCAIT, a consulting agency focused on Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Logistics transformation.
Unlike general operations consultants, I work across the entire supply chain, from China Sourcing and Product Sourcing to Purchasing, Freight, Warehouse Management, ERP implementation, and Amazon FBA replenishment so nothing falls through the cracks between sourcing, operations, and logistics.
How I help
I help businesses build practical, data-driven Supply Chain systems that improve operational performance while creating predictable, scalable operations.
Typical projects include:
• China Sourcing, Product Sourcing, supplier qualification, and supplier management
• Procurement, Purchasing, and Purchasing Management systems that improve supplier performance and reduce landed costs
• Inventory Management, demand planning, and replenishment systems that eliminate stockouts and excess inventory
• Freight planning, Freight Forwarder coordination, customs management, and Logistics Shipping optimization
• Warehouse Management improvements and standardized operational processes
• ERP implementation and reporting systems that provide complete supply chain visibility
• Amazon FBA replenishment planning and Amazon Seller Central operations
• Production Planning and cross-functional coordination for new product launches
Beyond day-to-day Procurement and Purchasing, I help businesses develop sourcing strategies that reduce operational risk long before products reach customers. My experience includes supplier qualification, Product Sourcing, production planning, coordinating with Freight Forwarder partners, working alongside Freight Broker services when required, and supporting Product Development from sourcing through production readiness.
I also work with leadership teams to ensure operational capability keeps pace with business growth. My approach to Amazon Product Research focuses on operational feasibility, evaluating supplier capability, sourcing options, landed cost, inventory requirements, production capacity, and long-term scalability rather than simply identifying products.
My approach
Successful Supply Chain Management starts with visibility.
If Inventory Management is weak, Procurement becomes reactive. If Procurement lacks structure, Freight costs increase. If Logistics Shipping isn't measured, customer service suffers. Every engagement begins with understanding how the entire Supply Chain operates before identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, strengthen Procurement, and build systems that continue delivering value as the business grows.
I believe supply chains should create predictability, not constant firefighting. My goal is to help businesses move from reactive operations to structured, repeatable processes where sourcing, inventory, procurement, and logistics work together to support sustainable growth.
Experience & expertise
I've managed Supply Chain operations for a $35M Amazon FBA business, rebuilt supply chain processes for a fast-growing European eCommerce company, and completed consulting engagements helping businesses strengthen Procurement, Inventory Management, Logistics, and operational reporting.
My expertise includes:
Supply Chain Management • Supply Chain & Logistics • Procurement • Purchasing • Purchasing Management • China Sourcing • Product Sourcing • Inventory Management • Warehouse Management • Freight • Freight Forwarder Coordination • Logistics Shipping • Production Planning • ERP Implementation • Amazon FBA • Amazon Seller Central • Microsoft Excel • Excel Inventory Management • Operational Process Improvement
