Unfortunately I need to leave negative feedback for Zohaib. When I spoke with him on zoom he looked like a perfect person for my tasks however he didn't follow my instructions. He just assume things instead of asking. Also simple tasks that should take no more than 2 hrs even for someone who was doing first time, it took him like 5 hours. Previously I had other VA who was completely new and was performing much better because she was following orders and asked when she wasn't sure.
