As a Property Management REAL ESTATE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT, I handle the end-to-end leasing process and ensure everything runs smoothly from inquiry to move-in. This is what I do:
I process and screen rental applications through Verifast and actively follow up with applicants and real estate agents regarding their application status
I prepare and send lease agreements using DocuSign, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
I create portfolios and send Property Management Agreements to new homeowner sign-ups through Propertyware
I convert and draft invoices for approved tenants
I update and maintain records in Propertyware, including property details, owner information, and uploading high-quality property photos
I maintain organized applicant and tenant tracking sheets to ensure nothing is missed
I prepare weekly reports covering the number of inquiries, showings, applications, and Lofty leads
I create Comparative Market Analysis (CMAs) for incoming leads in LOFTY CRM and follow up to convert them into active prospects
I manage property listings in MLS, completing required details and moving them through ACTIVE, PENDING, and LEASED statuses
