I spent 8+ years running complex, multi-country programs on multi-million-euro budgets under strict compliance, at the International Rescue Committee, Plan International and Oxfam. Teams of 7 and up. A €4M portfolio across four countries. Audits, donors, government agencies, all of it. Today I am fully dedicated to AI adoption and integration as the founder of AI Intensify, where I am also building a mobile networking app.
