I was raised in Singapore and Brunei and am currently residing in Manila. I studied Interior Design and worked alongside my father as his design assistant in his construction firm. English is my first language, and I specialize in different types of administrative work such as writing and distributing newsletters to organizations' members, creating graphics for the weekly meetings for an animal shelter, hiring accountants, researchers, and assistants on behalf of my employers, and ensuring that the people I hire meet their expectations and can get the work done efficiently. I also booked travel commitments for my clients such as their hotel accommodations, restaurant reservations, and a variety of personal assistant and back-office tasks. Data entry, data analysis, lead generation, web research, email correspondence, chat support, tech support, billing, and sales are also some of the things I took care of for my clients.
I also had experience working as a virtual assistant for an insurance company in the United States, where I handled basically everything that would make the job of my client easier so they could focus on the more important tasks such as selling home and auto insurance.
I also worked as an executive assistant to the CEO and COOs of three companies in Portland, USA. One of my tasks was to manage a team of accountants, researchers, and VAs to ensure that all tasks were accomplished and everything was delegated evenly to each one of them.
I have also worked as a Legal assistant/Paralegal at a Michigan-based law firm where I handled meetings with attorneys, clients, and other professionals via Zoom once a week to discuss assigned cases or projects.

I am skilled at and have experience using many tools specifically made for remote work and virtual assistance.
I am very well-versed with Apple products as I have previously worked as a technical advisor for Apple for a year.
If there is a specific program, platform, or application needed that I'm not familiar with, I am easily trained, willing, and eager to learn about new things so I can easily work with them.
