I had to promptly stop the contract the next day after listening to the embarrassing recordings of her calls with my clients. Although she logged 2.5 hours and I paid in full, the actual recorded conversations amounted to only 15 minutes—and even those were undermined by her repeatedly saying “hello…hello?” and feigning a bad connection to increase her tracked time. This unprofessional behavior not only wasted my time but also damaged my client relationships and reflected poorly on my business. To make things worse, she then left feedback claiming she had not been paid, despite having received the full agreed-upon amount. The combination of substandard performance, dishonest time reporting, and misleading feedback on my profile forced me to leave this review. I definately can not recommend her service to anyone.
